Case Study

Studio

One of the largest online value retailers in the UK. Whilst historically catalogue-based, over 68% of customers now shop on the web, mobile and through the call centre channels for their broad range of fashion, home and leisure items, toys and gifts. Serving 1.8m customers annually and, growing at double-digit, driving Findel Group performance.

Developed and launched with DeeperThanBlue in 2016 this digital transformation wouldn’t be possible without the use of IBM Integration Bus providing the glue between external systems of engagement, application services and the back-office systems of record such as finance, credit approval, warehouse management and order management applications. Christmas 2017 was a record for Studio and this Integration Bus helped keep the party going.

It’s both!

IBM App Connect Enterprise as a Service is fully managed and hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and is now available through IBM Cloud Pak for Integration on Microsoft Azure marketplace.

Customers can try App Connect Enterprise as a Service free for 30 days by starting a trial. Two available price plans are based on runtime compute capacity (the number of virtual processor core hours that are needed) or resource units (the number of flow runs). Application connectors are also available in add-on packs of three. For more information, see AWS Marketplace and Microsoft Azure marketplace. Whilst IBM ACE pricing is provided on both marketplaces this reflects list price. By contacting your friendly business partner, such as DeeperThanBlue, more attractive and volume based pricing can be achieved.
